AerialShack.com - avoid

I ordered a set of balanced cables from aerialshack.com on 20th March - their T&Cs say 2-5 days for delivery.

After a week of no messages and no cables I contacted them, to be told the cables were out of stock but would be in stock in 4 days.

So a week after that and still no cables, so I contacted them again

this time I didnt get any response from them, so I contacted them via paypal resolution centre

I am still waiting for a response to that communication, but I suggest that everyone avoids them like the plague
