ticket times?

hi
just looked into getting tickets and you need to select 10am or 2pm on sat, what does this mean, if you have 10am tickets you have to leave by 2pm?

No, you don't - AFAIK,this is to do with 'flow planning' etc (our exhibitions dept handles all such details!). So if you want to spend all day there, you can!

hi, back from edinburgh and i did think i had ordered tickets, but did have any waiting for me, transaction must have failed but i wasnt charged so thats ok...

I have already booked a ticket which I cannot get refunded and have won 2 free tickets -do you want to sort something out for tomorrow so nobody loses out.
