Got another tip, Gangs of New York TV series coming up:
Main AV Setup: Panasonic 50VT65 TV (THX calibrated), Pioneer Bdp-lx71, Pioneer Vsx-lx70, B&W FPM Series, B&W PV1, Optimum AV300 AV Stand, QED Silver Anniversary XT Speaker Cable & Chord Silver Plus HDMI Cables. Gadgets: iPad 4 & iPhone 4S.
When they said tips I think they meant more along the lines of clever tricks to do to improve your system or the like.
Ah okay, but where has the thread for the mag gone? It had about 12 replies.
To the Tip?

The new forum section is still there, and just to prove it you've just posted in it
The sticky we posted to introduce the section got the EDITED spammed out of it to such an extent – 5 or 6 pages of posts advertising handbags, trainers and the like – that I unpublished it pending having the time to clean it up, which with our current EDITED software, is going to take a while.
When I get time, I will do so and reinstate it; in the meantime, feel free to start new threads with your tips.

5 or 6 pages, either they were on overtime or they were one easter egg short of a full set.

Yep, that is not clever!
, which with our current EDITED software, is going to take a while.
Yeah, why is this forum so EDITED slow ? It's just carp.

Looking again, it seems there were 17 pages of spam, so I think the thread may remain buried.
Genuine posters 0, spammers 1,
Sorry about that, but with the site running so slow at the moment it would take ages to remove all the spam from that thread.
Re the slowness of the site, we have an update to the spam software (Mollom) which we hope to push through later this week. The hope is that will improve things, but with the massive volume of spam we're getting hit with at the moment further work may be necessary. It's frustrating, I know (not least for us Editors when trying to post news/reviews etc on the site).
