Lego Lord of the Rings. Help

I've almost finished it. 99.7 complete. Everything done all kits, bricks etc.
according to the map I have one character to find at Edoras and one in Cirith Ungol. I've tried both in Day and Night but no luck. Without knowing the exact character was there any you had trouble with but got eventually.

I do like to get my money's worth, but not very patient 
i think I'll give it another hour wandering about and then give up.

Done it. 100%.
Although last night I was on 99.7%, this morning had gone back to 99.5% and the blacksmith had disappeared from character list.
Anyway got the last two characters which took me to 99.8, so went back to Bree and got given the blacksmith and another fr doing it.
