Back in April, WHF? announced the SoundScience QB Mito Bluetooth speaker. Given the 5 star reviews for it's other products, I thought I would hold on and buy a pair.

However, they never materialised. I have phoned the official importer (a few weeks ago) but they were still waiting for a shipment from China.  They were optimistic about them being available by early September but everytime I check the importer's website the date has moved forward.

I don't care anymore. Given up.

Bought a Logitech Mini Boombox in John Lewis yesterday for £39 (low price due to it being replaced by a new version soon) they used to be £69.

It's pretty good at reasonable volume level and distance and only takes a few seconds to set up.

I only wanted something compact and wireless that was better than the built-in speaker on a laptop/iPod for when we are/I am away. The Logitech Mini Boombox does it pretty well. The SoundScience QB Mito would probably have been better, but only if it existed.

RE: Gave up on the SoundScience QB Mito.

Of course I meant 'buy one' rather than 'buy a pair'.

Sorry.
