Your 3 Favourite Christmas Songs
Ok Its 1st of December & we are now officially able to play xmas songs. I just created a CD for the car and it got me thinking what are my 3 favourite xmas songs of all time. After much deliberation I arrived at the following.
3. The Christmas Song - Nat King Cole
2. Merry Christmas Everybody (War is Over) - John Lennon
1. Fairy Tale of new York - The Pogues
With apologies to Wham, Slade, Bing Crosby and many others
Anyone out there who simply loathes Xmas songs or has any other songs in their top 3.
I loathe xmas songs, and if i'm honest the whole concept of xmas.

1) Santa Baby - Eartha Kitt
2) Santa Claus is Back in Town - Elvis Presley
3) Christmas (Baby Please Come Home) - Darlene Love (from Phil Spector Xmas album)

I must admit I love the sixties music (big beatles & Elvis fan). santa claus is back in town is a proper rockin xmas song. Mmm never heard the third one....now where's that spotify app!
