Amazing skill  http://www.goodwood.co.uk/Site/Content/FestivalOfSpeed/Dougie_Lampkin_Video.aspx

If you have petrol running through your veins then you have to go to the Goodwood festival of speed. I went last year for all 3 days and it was amazing. So much to see, and the smells and sounds is just somthing else. You can get right up close to all the cars/bikes and there's lots of famous racer celeb types about as well.

Going again this year for all 3 days, not long to go now. Can't wait

I love it! I've been meaning to go over the past few years but something has always cropped up on that date. I've got to make it a priority. . . .

SpiceWeasel, could you confirm the date for me.

Thanks.

One year I'll actually get round to going. I'd love to but as you say, something always crops up.

Me too! What does it actually cost to get in?

Re: You'll never guess where he ends up...

This year it's on the 11-13 of July.

The cost is £99 for all 3 days, admission only...... no grandstand seat.

Or £30 for the friday admission only , £47 sat , £47 sunday.  If your only interested in going for 1 day then Fri is the best day to go as it's not as busy as the weekend. Last year ther was over 150,000 people each day on the weekend.

Oh and 3 days isn't enough to see everything. Although we did stumble across a mini pub that had red stripe on tap..... hmmm

You can also get grandstand seats if these havn't already sold out. Although they do cost more.

Awesome weekend
