I cant seem to find any threads about this years Bristol show (although I am sure someone will now I have mentioned that).

I went this year, first time in a couple of years I think, and found it really good.  I did give up for a few years, as in my opinion it seemed to be all about bang woosh boom surround sound and massive TVs rather than Hifi which is my primary interest.

Glad to say that it looks as though my reservations were unfounded this time around!

In all my favourite room was the Dali demo room, they had some Dali Epicon 2 paired with some Linn stuff (dont know anything about Linn so couldnt tell you what it was), the presentation of this setup was perfect in my opinion, shame about the £3700 price tag though.  They also had some Bluetooth enabled speakers, which were also rather nice.

The show also confirmed the fact I dont like Naim - plenty of screachy Naim setups in the various rooms.   Smile

Anyway - did anyone else go, and if so, what were your highlights?
