Who the f--- are these people?   Wink

To whoever spoke about Geoff Hurst.  He came into the garage to peddle his car warranties without an appointment.  When I told him, I see no-one without an appointment he came the old 'don't you know who I am[?]'.  His feet didn't touch the floor on his way out.

AND I WAS FATHER XMAS FOR A MONTH IN 1967.  No honestly I was.    Tongue

 Hi

John renbourne- one of my favourite singer/songwriter+ guitarists... beauty, eh

And...Ravi Shankar ...shook his hand and said thank you .( the father and guru of George Harrison ) . party time!

Would liked to have seen perform/ meet jimi Hendrix, bob Marley...etc

Also met Kate winslet's sister in pub in lake district and played a few games of pool with her and partner, but this was not in the same league as others.

Cheers

Padhi

I really doubt that Ravi Shankar is George Harrison's father, although I do now have an image of Ravi Shankar in a Darth Vader helmet saying "George, *I* am your father!" "Wow, that's crazy man, far out... peace and love."

Yeah I nearly mentioned that but I couldn't remember if it was her or Katie Melua!

I briefly met Simon Lucas once, although he doesn't know it and I briefly didn't meet you once either, you were busy talking to someone else and they opened the door to the demo room to let us in.
