who is the most famous person you have met ?
Er, Chris Moyles and Comedy Dave in a pub in Belsize Park.
And Scott Mills and Chappers in Cardiff station.
Not exactly Brad and Angelina but enough for me!
Just remembered Will Self nearly ran me down on his bicycle near the British Museum a few years back. I don't think he'd consider what I shouted at him to be of particular literary merit to be honest...
Oh yeah, circumnavigating all the way back to my first post I once head-butted Steve Davis in the grollies.
me me me myself as my ex wife used to say i was so full of it
but i could not think what she meant as i am such a placid guy.
but i did meet david sneddon once remember him he won- one of the bbc talent shows
about 7yrs ago a one hit wonder he was absolutely rank rotten.

FrankHarveyHiFi:On the subject of Penthouse, I went to school with a Penthouse Pet and ex Page 3 girl....
Weren't they a bit old to still be at school?
Lynsey Horn (now Hipgrave), former Galaxy 102 Breakfast radio presenteress. Met her outside the Trafford Centre in Manchester a few years ago. Well, 'met' may be a bit of an exaggeration as she was on top of a promotion stand about 30 feet away when I shouted my name for her to sign a t-shirt. No doubt she still remembers me. Very pretty girl.
A few classical guitarists who performed at concerts organised by the Manchester Guitar Circle. Sometimes got the chance to chat with them during the interval or after the concerts. Xuefei Yang and Slava Grigoryan are probably the most famous ones that I said hello to.
Rollerball Rocco when he wrestled at Butlins, Minehead once. I was very young and shy. I think the conversation was a bit one sided and went something like "Alright young man, how are you?" with my response being to turn round and hide behind my mum.
All A-listers as you can see.
Sorry, wasn't quite clear - one of the same - she did both. If you went by The Sun's age classification (they take 2-3 years off) she would've been to young for secondary school...Andrew Everard:Weren't they a bit old to still be at school?
In no particular order
H.M. Queen Elizabeth
Franz Klammer - olympic skier
Daly Thompson - athlete
Dave Lee Travis - radio DJ

Bob Fripp out of King Crimson.Adrian Thrills who wrote for the NME. 2 girls from Amazulu. All the members of The Jack Rubies. Max Bygraves son and daughter (but not Max Bygraves) .Dickie Henderson (at the best gig I've ever been to - Lenny The Lion live at the Winter Gardens Bournemouth). Tommy Cooper, who was next to us on the beach, with his family.
Malcolm Marshall,Gordon Greenidge and Trevor Jesty (autographs).
When I worked in a clothes shop in the 70's/80's, 3 extremely skinny, ugly blokes who were in Showaddywaddy.Danny La Rue.Mathew Kelly.Harry Rednapp and various footballers. And Keith Barron (out of Duty Free) looked in our window.
I was also in the toilet at the Joiners Arms in Southampton standing next to the bloke who sang and played guitar in Thin White Rope.
and I knew a professional photographer who took a photo of the minder of actress who played Angie in East Enders . He was very pleased with that.
