Which aspects of the forum do you love?
How many people have used a tape measure to make sure that their speakers and hifi are perfectly aligned?
I use multiples of CD widths...so not OCD at all. Phew!
Otherwise, a very enjoyable place to hear about others' experience and enthusiasm.
The pointless threads are far more fun than the serious ones. Also, when people try and diffuse boring cyclical cable threads with humor.
So let's hear it - the vote is 49 to 8 in favour of finding the forum annoying at the moment!
The Loves thread was started a few hours after the Hates thread - which is why I thought it unfair to point out that at one stage early this afternoon, the vote was 44 to 4 in favour of finding the forum annoying! Enough time has now passed to treat the numbers as representative. Still shows that many more folk - like me, let's be honest - are likely to write in complaint than those that write in praise.

I think it's more likely that the hate thread is funnier. This is my opinion so obviously should be taken as fact...
As OP of the 'dislike' thread I take very seriously those who insist on calling it the 'hate' thread. If there is one thing I dislike most its the lovers trying to make the dislikers into haters. I will be contacting the mods asking them to ban any members violating the rules of this forum in this disgusting manner. I just hate it. Well. I dislike it. A bit. Maybe.
You have been warned you lovers.

You're a fighter not a lover!
I like gadgets but I'm not mad keen on HiFi or anything but this is by far my favourite forum of those I go on. I always think a good forum is more about the people than the content.
Most contributers are really helpful and I've taken lots of advice about a varied collection of things. Some of the arguments are brill, most of the debate is informative and the mods are fair. I also like the humour that creeps into many threads.
What I also like is the fact this site isn't blocked by the proxy server at work
+1
The moderators on this forum are very good (and often very funny too). It's a fine balance between allowing free speech and having to put a stop on spiralling arguments. This forum has got that balance spot on IMO.
- The wonderful variety of bods on here.
- "Off the wall" topics.
- Anywhere I see genuine passion/talent....and not necessarily hifi related.
- Good natured humour.
- Dealers taking the time to give knowledgeable insights and help.
The "hot deals" section
The "what are you listening to" thread, and pretty much any thread in the miscellaneous section!
I llike to know what people are listening to it gives me ideas of who to check out on spotyfi and of course the humour there are some razor sharp wits on this forum. shakespear was a man of wit and on his shirt he had some shirt buttons:)
there's more but I think you have suffered enough

Nice one Mr Toyota. Or is it Mr Man? Mr Ota?
Cheers KidinRobinminster

I love seeing pictures of OCD hifi systems.

He's not a diamond geezer, or called Joe!
