Which aspects of the forum do you love?
1 Those who post a question; receive many replies and never feel the need to return because they've been advised so well.
2 Those who seek (and receive) advice, weigh it up and then make their own decisions.
3 Those who post a reply which appears as a non sequitur because they've failed to quote the post they're replying to.
4 Those who ask old questions in an interesting new way that inspires debate.
5 Those who liven up threads by going mental and having private arguments.
6 Those who liven up dull threads by going OT and exploring exciting new thread directions.
7 Those who plagiarise other people's moans about others' 'behaviour' on the forum.
Dealer discounts - if you are lucky! Good debates and conversation. Up to date info and rumours.
The wide variety of opinions which vary from the knowledgeable, to the sensible, to the ill informed to the down right ridiculous. I have probably posted in all of the above categories at some point, especially the latter
EDIT I also thoroughly enjoy the squabbling people engage in.
The wealth of knowledge that can be picked up from people who have listened to a much wider range of equipment than me.
i love that thanks to this forum i heard about products i would never ever have found otherwise - Beresford dacs and BK subs (the monolith!).
a massive thanks to this forum and everyone on it (especially the argumentative ones, provided me with hours of entertainment)

Seeing pictures of other people's systems who are as obsessive compulsive as me and have gone to great lengths to ensure cables are hidden, everything is evenly and properly space, and colour co-ordinated, etc. You get the drift.
I just luuuuuv all u 'guys'.
Ok, the list of 7 was designed to be a polar opposite of Robinkidderminster's other thread, but the sentiment is serious - everyone who views and posts here must get some pleasure out of it, even of a sadistic kind at times! So let's hear it - the vote is 49 to 8 in favour of finding the forum annoying at the moment!

I love seeing pictures of OCD hifi systems.
How many people have used a tape measure to make sure that their speakers and hifi are perfectly aligned?
There are some people on the forum who have a sharp sense of humor that I like.
i like reading about the new products available and how you guys shoe-horn them into you ever so impressive systems.
i like the argumants on here, they are so polite,i chat on a plastering forum, the argumants there are not so polite.
Great post. Much better than that 'other' one from the dark side. The op is a wally. knows nout.
Anyway. It is great to share experience / learning from some / teaching others.
You guys are like old friends. Drop in for a cuppa.
Luv the system pix, humour.
Cheers
Glad to be of service.
I like getting involved in debates regarding the diversity of equipment that people use, particularly source equipment like CD vs streamers vs vinyl vs downloads etc., even though sometimes I'm amazed by how much opinion and conjecture is often peddled as facts, which can be misleading for the unwary.

Those who have a bad dealer experience and come on here and rant!
If it is legit - of course, you always know it is going to spark some interesting conversation.
