What with all this snow...
Is there any chance we could have a Top 5 (or 10!) of WHF staffers all-time favourite kit-list then?!
(This doesn't mean favourite football strips either folks!)
Well, for starters I'd include B&W 805 speakers, my trusty TAG McLaren AvantGarde T32R DAB/FM tuner (listening to it as I write) and Primare Pre30/A30.2 stereo amp combo. Oh, and for multichannel surround sound the Yamaha DSP-863SE. Still thinking about the fifth one... Maybe my iPod Touch (just don't tell Andrew!).
Such an opportunist, trs.
OK then
Marantz CD-7 (or at a pinch CD-10)
Michaelson Audio Chronos pre/power
Tannoy Westminster Royals (or possibly Kingdoms)
Kanai-modified PS3 as SACD player
Original Audiolab 8000T tuner
Naim HDX
TAG McLaren Audio AV32R DP192 processor and 100x5R:10 power amp
Quad ESL2905
Pioneer A-400 (but only the original version)
Linn LP12
1. Amstrad double tape deck stack system
2. Bush 14" black & white TV
3. DAC Magic
4. Computer
5. 47 billion Gigabyte hard drive x47 for back-up

Andrew Everard:Naim HDX
So an iPod, basically?
You see, it was worth laying that little trap...
Yes, but a very expensive one JD...!

We're far from used to snow in Brighton, so as a consequence the entire town has gone stark raving mad. I'll note down this kit-list list and then I'm off to join a snowball fight - it's local shop-workers and publicans vs those who bought a 4x4 and are now too afraid to drive it...
(1) Acoustic Energy AE1 mkIII
(2) Clearer Audio Emotion
(3) Cyrus CD6se
(4) Pioneer PDP-LX6090
(5) AVI Laboratory Series integrated
I know there are lots of great Nakamichi tape decks and Aiwa VCRs and Rogers loudspeakers but, hey, this is a modern world we live in. So I'll also have
(6) Apple iPod Classic 160GB
