What annoys you?
'' Or, of course, poor families with too many children (ie that they cannot
afford to raise themselves without taxpayer funding...for everything)
living in multi-million pound properties in some of the most expensive
parts of London, costing the taxpayer tens of thousands of pounds a year
in rent, which the vast majority of people cannot afford to live in''
Such a scenario is real ?
hmtb:£28,000 a year is a lot to pay for your children's schooling, which in the process, I expect would relieve the government (taxpayer) of educating that/ those child(ren). Maybe tuition fees at public schools ought to be partially tax deductible.
Most of these 'top schools' have charitable status. (Worth about £100 Million a year in tax breaks across the private education sector.)
Having to pay tax towards other peoples kids child benefit so numpties can over populate the world even more ( Contraversial He He )
People who dont pull over to the slow lane even if they are doing the speed limit or faster & the lane is empty
Late indicaters or non indicators for turning off roundabouts or any other roads & tailgaters.

moaning about the tax evaders or tax dodgers if we want to stop cheating lets us at least
have a level playing field and not be spoon fed by the tory press.
hmtb:...families with too many children (ie that they cannot afford to raise themselves without taxpayer funding...for everything) living in multi-million pound properties in some of the most expensive parts of London...
Absolutely!

Like Chebby's earlier comment this really resonates with me. Without getting too political (don't want a mod to slap my wrists), I've had conversations in the past with mothers picking their children. Some of them are having exotic holidays, driving around in top of the range BMWs, Mercs and 4 x 4s - yet, from what they've told me they are drawing income support and other benefits.
How do they do it? simple: their partners are paying the mortgage, buying the cars and holidays - officially, they live elsewhere!![]()
My gripe is because I earn more than £100 a week, I'm NOT entitled to Carer's Allowance...

Real, but rare.

That made me chuckle. True, point taken.
Cheer up guys. Hang on ... (new thread)

In the 'Surely not' link a Buckingham Palace spokeswoman stated that colliding with the police officer and failing to stop after the accident was a health and safety issue. Er, no it is Sections 3 and 170 of the Road Traffic Act 1988.
Now added to my annoyed list are people who will say anything to wriggle out of their responsibilities.
Charlie Jefferson:
igglebert:Bad driving that impacts and risks other people.
Bad wine.
Wine marketing.
Rudeness. Prime examples are cold callers.
Cold callers.
Petrol prices.
A gov't that thinks that earning £44k makes a household rich, making it their 'duty' to subsidise everyone else.
At last, some politics!
For me:
1) Clegg & Cameron's mantra/twaddle about governing in the "national interest".
2) When Michael Gove opines on education.
3) Baroness Warsi - class and race traitor!!!
4) Vince Cable*
* redemption clause applies when he resigns and the Con-demned coalition crumbles.
5) Labour's electoral college depriving the party of it's Prime Minister in waiting.
6) Joss Stone. Just because.
7) not being able to readily purchase the New Statesmen yesterday in Wakefield.
Wish I earnt £44K a yr!

I forgot to mention that I don't think it right that people on high incomes receive the child benefit either as they clearly don't need it.
