What have you got for lunch then?
Today I'm very much looking forward to some peppered steak sarnies I prepared last night night, with a little bit of mustard on. In fact I've been looking forward to them that much, I've already started on my lunch
An online editors' working lunch meeting, which means slightly tired sarnies, crisps and fizzy pop
Lordy, i'd forgotten about that (pops anti-acid tablet in anticipation).
A prawn and avocado sandwich followed by a zabaglione dessert....... ah the joys of working at an M&S supplier
chicken, ham and mexican cheese all in wholemeal baps (3 off) washed down with a big mug of T. lovely jubbley!

2 reduced price ginsters sausage rolls, cherry coke, crisps.

Baby Spinach and Turkey on wholewheat with dijon. Little cup of mandarin oranges. Maybe some chinese from over the road. All chased with my one and only true vice, 7up.
Some marinated chicken breast and a fruit salad. Washed down with a pint of Robinsons's no-added-sugar Summer Fruits squash.
Yep, it's diet time again. 1st5lbs to go...(ahem)
I think if I lost 1st 5lbs I'd die.....
I like some of the dodgy mixtures people like to put together for their lunch. Toilet break should be the next on the menu, lol.
Today I was mostly eating a hotdog with ketchup and mustard.
