Tickets booked for opening night at my local IMAX screen. I sincerely hope this film will blow my socks, eyes and ears off  pray

Who else is excited fo this?

Not me. I'm sure the film will be exciting but the large screens at cinemas gives me migraines.

Me. It's been almost entirely spoiled for me, but I'm not bothered. Got tickets for 3 showings on fri, will almost certainly use 2, may not use all 3.

I'm incredibly excited. I flap my arms when the trailer comes on TV and grin insanely at my girlfriend. She patiently smiles at me.

Well I'll spoil the party by saying that The Dark Knight Rises looks like a self-important film that purports to carry a weighty political message and will ultimately say nothing at all.

How seriously can you take a film that strives so hard for verisimilitude but is about a guy that dons a bat costume to fight crime? (Apparently the answer to that question is "very.")

Enjoying all the hot air though. Sorry....

Not sure if I will see it a the cinema or not, probably will, probably take my niece to see it.  Batman is a 12 isn't it?
