Dunno why I bothered. I really must pay more attention when doing these things. It's not due to arrive until Jan, yet I can go into Blockbuster and buy it right now if I want to. Oh, and it's shipped, allegedly, so I can't cancel it.
You can go in Tesco and get it for £25 too. I still wouldn't mind the trilogy by itself in a box set, it just looks so nice.

Rented it last night. I have been rather hard on it. However, it's a pity I didn't like it that much when I still had the initial excitement.
And I still don't like that ending.
The new Bourne, though, was/is a waste of time.

What don't you like about the ending? It took me a while to get to terms with it.
Just the JGL bit. It kind of ruins the hard won feeling that Batman has to have made some effort to, well, be Batman.
I take it too seriously and I'll probably mellow a lot over time.
I am not sure I entirely know what you mean. But I do know what you mean by taking it too seriously I watched the first two so many times now!
I found the ending quite upsetting. How do you think he escapes from The Bat in like 4 seconds?

There is a theory (indeed it may be stated in the film...) that there's more than one Bat. He could have caused that explosion that JGL thought was the bomb, in order to eject and get into another Bat (he is seen flying in something or other after that explosion, it seems). Or, I guess we're just meant to believe he bailed out when over the water. But that would mean no one saw (that is a problem for both scenarios actually, but then people had a lot more to focus on...), and would he have needed to use the autopilot in that second scenario (which we pretty much know he did).
What I meant in my last post is that we see an incredibly driven, gifted and rich person spending ages to traqin to becoem Batman (longer in th eNovelization, and longer in th eoriginal comic story I think). But then at the end of TDKR it is implied JGL can become Batman (why fix the signal otherwise?).
Actually, there's a really good answer in the FAQs on the IMDb.
I will have to look out for that theory. Yeah the autopilot bit seems to be the clue, how they kept referring to it.
Yeah I did not like that bit where it was implied the other guy could become Batman either. I loved the scenes with Alfred, I thought they were brilliant.
Got a link?
Oh yeah. I think I followed the film quite well. Hope they do make another one. That trilogy was amazing! Loved the picture quality too and the sound was seriously thunderous on master audio.
According to my bank statement, £21.30, after a £2.00 refund they are giving me, according to a recent email.
Hope they do make another one.
Justice League is coming:
"Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, the Flash and other superheroes unite to fight against evil forces."
Similar to Avengers.
They've got a little more than 2 years for Superman (Man of Steel), Flash & Wonder Woman / Aquaman movies.
