The Dark Knight Rises - Brilliant film!!! (Spoiler alert)
Just seen this, which includes the Batman Blu-ray trilogy:
Still buying them from Asda is currently the best route (I think) for £26. At Zavvi the Nolan Box set is £50, could get that and Indiana Jones collector's edition box set. Nah, still waiting and seeing.
Oooh I like that!! Hmmm.....tempted to cancel the trilogy & order this instead! Don't tempt me anymore gel!!

I am going to keep my eyes on these.
Just seen on Amazon.com, region A only though Batman Blu-ray trilogy 30 dollars.

That looks nice!
wouldnt there be duty issues with sometig like that, and how much would it work out in GBP?

30 dollars works out about £18.66 (I think). It used to be £14 above and you pay duty from Amazon at least (again I think). If you buy from somewhere like BB's link they might not charge you. The American eBay could be a good place to avoid the duty issues. Duty charge ain't that much though from memory, I think it was something like £5 on 30 dollars but I might be mistaken again. I know one thing for sure you will not be paying any more money that what we are going to pay for it!
Sainsburys at £26 still seems quite a good deal but I don't think you get packaging like that or the book.
I'm not sure the US site will sell to UK users...have a vague memory of hearing something, though it is vague...
This is when I sort of wish I had a modified multi-region Oppo Blu-ray player.

You don't need a multi region player for the ltd edition batman trilogy as it's a Warner Brothers disc and will be region free no matter what it says on any of the information, it's one of several studios whose discs you can freely export as they are region free. I have a few Warner Bros movies i've imported from the states and though it says region A on the packaging i've never had an issue playing their discs on a UK BD player.
Just thought it was worth a heads up. Personally i will be buying the lovely Bat Cowl LTD edition which is also available to buy in the UK this time around unlike the Bat Pod edition of The Dark Knight.

Ah nice one mate - didn't know that! Cheers!

It does say on BB's link they will not sell to the UK, can anyone confirm that? Amazon.com will be fine. Same packaging but not sure what you get inside.
Hi Oldboy, are you buying it from Amazon.com then? Check out this price:
This is the trilogy for $30 dollars:
I have been wondering of late why I can't afford many Blu-rays anymore, perhaps importing again is the option and possibly looking at a new Blu-ray player for some titles.
Hi Oldboy, you know you said about Warner Bros titles being muti-region I seem to recall was that the case for DVD too?

Hi BB
This is the same one as on Amazon, if you zoom in on the Amazon one, you can see limited edition on it with book.
