I thought George Sampson thoroughly deserved it. Good on him.

Would have liked to see Craig Harper get to the final for a bit of an old fashioned variety act rather than the rather average `Nemesis`. Still, the winner was pretty good and Signature were good also. Shame only one could win.

Worst thing about the show is Piers Morgan. He really is a sad git and I don`t believe for a moment that he`s really into the trendy stuff he claims to be.

Whilst it's nice of you all to be watching ITV, I should warn you that it doesn't effect the viewing figures.........

You get on the 5,000-household BARB 'panel', and press a button every time you enter a room with a television in it, and press it again when you go for a pee. In fact, if you have Freesat, they'd probably welcome you with open arms, as the panel has to be representative of all delivery mechanisms......

One of the intriguing things that I find about viewing figures is that a) because it's a relatively small sample that hasn't risen significantly for a long time, and there are now so many TV stations, a surprising number of TV programmes get 0 viewers, in official terms, and b) because you pay for advertising per '000 viewers (generally), you could advertise your services on the telly at 2am on a lesser channel for nothing

so from 5000 peeps they extrapolate that 9.6million people watched xmas enders...??? madness

5,000 households. 11,500 people. But if you can think of a better way, they'd love to hear it.
