Yep I heard that a few stores had closed, so I was confused if they were in problems or not!
IME one of the better high street retailers too.
Sevenoaks & Audio T merger have resulted in a few stores closing if they're covering the same area, like Bolton & Lancaster:

Yes, you should be fine to buy from Sevenoaks. They're a reputable retailer and carry a wide range of stock. The store closures are part of a restructuring programme following the merger with Audio T.

They're financially strong.
Sevenoaks are well respected retailers & it's perfectly safe to buy from them, either in store or online. I got my stuff from Sevenoaks.
