Region free discs will work in any Blu-Ray player in the world (firmware issues aside). I'm not sure if it's the best, but I've used MovieTyme in the past and have no complaints.

A advantage with Movietyme over PlayUSA is Movietyme clearly state the status regarding if the BD is coded or not.

I have been using Movietyme for years and never had any problems.Yes

True, but I have noticed Playusa.com are cheaper for some discs e.g Death race is £17.99 compared to £20.99 on the movietyme site, I use http://bluray.liesinc.net/ to find out if the discs are region free or not .
