Readers rides: post your bikes here :)
Ive seen a few people post pics of their bikes, thought it would be cool to have a thread for all the bikes. Doesnt matter if its pedal powered or engine, cyclocross or trials, its welcome here!!!
I'll get the ball rolling with my shiny new Cotic Soul, been waiting on parts since December [:)]

Love your pics!
I ride a humble (but hugely enjoyable) Specialised Sirrus 2010:
My Colnago Master with full Campag.
Mods since include:- The steerer is now cut, Vittoria Open Pave tyres, white bar tape & a Garmin.
Davie, that is a 'proper' looking bike.

veeeery nice!! bit puzzled though - flats, chain device and rigid forks? i'da thought you'd lose your fillings before the chain came off.
i used to have chris king and xtr on my dh bike, proper quality kit.![]()
Ha, the flats are magnesium so only 350g, the chain guide on the front is only 35g so way lighter than a front mech. Most of the parts came off of a Santacruz Nomad which Ive broken down to parts and am halfway through selling.
The fork is for winter, in the summer something is in the 130-140mm range is going on there, but the Fox Float 36 RC2 on my Nomad was just too big for it.
A King is for life, not just for christmas though, 4th fork its been on!
I ride an Orbea Ashphalt road bike it has carbon fibre front forks and Look clips. So Idon't do digital photo's I don't know how to.

Very cool ![]()
It started as a Marin Mount Vision, but I updated the frame to a newer one which is from an Attack Trail. Most of the parts are from the Mount Vision, except those I've upgraded. Which is most of them!!
Sorry for the iPhone's naff pic.
Wow, 6pots, awesome!
i bought a road bike a few years back with a view to cycling to fitness, my first journey was a ten mile cycle, when i got home lets just say i knew what it felt like to be a woman the sporty little saddle wasnt very comfortable![]()

It was the bike I lusted after back in the day. Fortunately they started re-building them when I had the funds to do it (3 years ago) and as I was swimming against the carbon flow, I got a good deal. Then retro came in and raw material costs sky rocketted, phew!
If I think about how much it will cost to replace, I wouldn't go out on it. It was made to be ridden though, so it shall be ![]()

one of mine.
My Specialized Rockhopper Pro-
Other toy in background!!

Since its steel it should outlive you, and is relatively easy to repair. A good frame builder like Argos cycles can add/remove bosses, re-tap bottom bracket threads, even go as far as replacing tubes if you need it.

People are always telling me to "get on yer bike"...
Used to do a lot of cycling and really want to take it up again once the warmer weather arrives.
