Norwich City
How's Whittaker getting on? I see he scored a pretty decent effort last week. Is he up to speed yet? He looks fitter than he did at Rangers. Wouldn't be hard though...
He is doing really well.
Yeah, he came back from injury and has been in the team ever since. And has been involved in a lot of attacking moves! Looks a great signing.

Oh dear indeed!
Very tense. That second goal for west ham makes things a lot easier, but we HAVE to hang on

I think we are in the money!
Assuming we stay up, looking forward to seeing RVW

We are. Holt will go down as a club legend for what he's done, but I'm not surprised he's been found out in his second season and I don't expect him to be able to chip in with more than a few next season. RVW is a genuine international class player so if he can adapt to the PL we may be on to something. Hughton has to have the confidence to play two up front more often. I'd like to see him sign Kamara. Having Ruddy fit for the season would also see us be stronger.
Let's get three more points first though!
IMHO Mr. Hughton doesn't get the recognition he deserves. His emotions always seem to be very level whether win, draw or lose, and that shows in their performances. Clearly all his years at Tottenham was great for cutting his managerial teeth.
The Premiership wouldn't be the league it is without Norwich and other smaller teams. Respect.
The jury's out on Hughton at Norwich. He was very harshly treated at Newcastle but there is no doubt we have done less well this season than last and looked much less like scoring this season than last. It's difficult to be certain whether that's down to Hughton or whether it's situational (second season syndrome, epitomised by Holt's problems, losing Ruddy etc). My view is he's come up a little short tactically (his inability to integrate hoolahan in particular) and in terms of man management (his inability to get the best out of holt). However, he seems to have tightened us up defensively and has made some decent signings (bassong, turner, Tettey and, hopefully, RVW). Next season we will be out of the shadow of Lambert and there will have been another off season to clear out, buy in and to integrate. Not to push on to 50 points next season will be a failure by Hughton. For many reasons, I hope he succeeds

I agree.

He was injured for quite a while but I saw a very favourable write up of his recent form. From that goal he looked full of confidence and our regular back four has been keeping things pretty tight, so very good I'd say.
