I made a start - but some of the questions, options that I would choose are not evident and there is no "other" to select, so I gave up - sorry!!
For example: 3. Which of the following format/platforms do you use to listen to music? Please tick those that apply.
My selection would have to be NONE OF THE ABOVE..

How do you listen to music then?
Right now I'm streaming from CLOUD (which you could argue is a computer/server) - maybe if you could edit the survey questions - you may want to add NAS and CLOUD as 'computer/laptop' doesn't really cover those (if you want accurate and honest results!!) - Or just add OTHER to all 10 Q's...
Haha perhaps i should have made one for all the audiophiles on here

No. Sorry. I've done a few of these surveys in the past. The person posting the request has never had the good manners to return here after their degree or doctorate to let us know how it went (or provide a link to their dissertation).
