Lets be rude to each other & score points

On the whole I think this is a pretty civilised forum, apart from the obvious few who seem to always spoil for a fight. 

Im not that naive to believe every new poster is being 100%, but I don't like this recent hostility to new (ish) posters. 

Can I score 2 points for mentioning a couple of threads currently and a couple of forumites who should be put on the naughty step? At first I found them frustrating but now they have become a joke and removed any credibilty. Wiah they would come here to score brownie points and leave the sensible threads to the enthusiastic majority.

Surely not LHC. No names. No pack drill. I think my light hearted comments within this thread are far less offensive than the bickering elsewhere. But. OK. Just 1 point for now.
More serioisly if some read this thread they may realise how ..... Nah.
