Jubilee celebrations ?
:) How will you be flying the flag for your queen & country ? Will you be showing some pride in the country of your birth.? :)
Also nope.
Yes, I shall patriotically lose two days pay, huzzah!!!
Looks like that's settled it then.
Nope. But I have been roped in to bake a few 'Elizabeth sponges' (whatever that is) for the local village hall.
Not at all.
To balance things out a bit I am actively involved in arranging a traditional afternoon village fete, followed by a 'party in the park', and next day a children's toy raft race, an afternoon of bell ringing at the local church, followed by an evening picnic at our church, followed by a choral concert interspersed with readings on the theme of 'Majesty'.
Well we've officially got three local street parties on the same day, and apparently I'm in charge of bunting
At least it means I won't have to bake a cake...
Nah, nothing planned at home, but seeing as I'll be on a week's hols in St Mawes in Cornwall all week, I'm sure I'll encounter some kind of celebrations.
Not doing anything personally, but won't be able to get away from it as there's loads of stuff on round here for tourists.
.
Are you implying it goes without saying?
