Interference

Im not sure if anyone else has this problem. Im not sure if you are all familiar with those little bike things, minimotos, but they are a HUGE disruption to television and radio reception. They are fitted with the worst quality 2 stroke engines which play havoc with my TV viewing. Similar to what I experience with off road trials bikes, fitted with similar, but larger, engines. Is there not a law to stop appliances, or machinery, that emit disruptive interference?
