Well guys, I am off for few weeks back to Thailand for a little break so be nice to each other (even when you have cables wars) and don't give Clare (team) a hard time. I suppose I should be back in time for next issue grilling... well, let hope not eh?

Mmmmm Prawns! (Homer Simpson dribbling icon here). If you ever get a chance to stop off in Sri Lanka you should check out the devilled prawns! Very hot but extremely more ish. In fact there a lot of Sri lankan cooking that you might find familiar in that it similar to Thai cooking. There 'a lot that different too. My Uncle used to have a prawn farm (Tiger) which he sold to the Japanese. Anyway have a good holiday!
