How can I lose weight?
What is the best method to lose a few ounces?
Consume less calories than use during the day (and excercise...even if you don't lose weight you will feel better)
Basics:
Cut back on your calorie intake ie. crisps, chocs, sweets, fizzy drinks.
1) Eat regularly..about every 3 hours, small portions
2) Lots of water (3-4 litres per day..spread throughout the day)
3) Salad and Vegetables with your meals as they will fill you up and very low in calories.
Regular exercise
1) Cardio (15-30 mins when you wake up on an empty stomach, everyday)
2) Weights ( Split routine..ie chest and triceps on monday, back, shoulders and biceps wednesday, legs and abs friday..3 sets per exercise)
You will see results in a couple of weeks. Weights are more important than cardio as it will boost ur metabolic rate sky high which will in turn burn more calories even when you are just resting.
Get a hair cut!
I'm fat though. Are there any ways of becoming slim whilst sitting down?
Buy a bike. Sit down all you like but still excercise.
Not too sure. How many calories do fingers typing on a keyboard use up?
What is the magic therapy though? I'll come clean, I'm not completely fat, my girlfriend reckons ' plump at the edges'. I'm so insecure about it I reckon a drifter would sweep her off.

I shopped for clothes at Asda until they stopped at 42" waist........
When I was 21 I was 9 st 10 lbs - I ate no lunch, no breakfast and a salad on an evening. Very unhealthy and I was too skinny.
Now I'm the opposite and there is a healthy balance somewhere in betweeen.........

Hey Man, I'm chubby and I'm sexy. I don't care about no extra padding, you shoudn't either, your a man. Alright, if you do want to lose weight, don't eat anything all day, then go on a massive binge eat at night, then it's just a case of fingers down the throat!
Nah, seriously like others said, Exercise and healthy foods with the occasional treat now and then 





Exercise. It's the only thing that works. Although a girdle or breathing in may give the illusion of weight loss.
