In that case, you must live in Twickenham.

Re: "Honourable Members............".

I like contacting MPs about all sorts of stuff. I ended up contributing to the White Paper that lead to Home Seller Packs. That was after George Galloway had ignored two letters, but Hillary Armstrong (who was Housing Minister) was great. The best responder, though it is his team as opposed to him has been David Cameron. Michael Martin and my local MP (can't remember his name) both failed to respond. Chris Huhne was just a stock reply.

As for their expenses claims, shame on the lot of them. I loved the guy Pickles who admitted on Question Time that he lived 16 miles from the Commons, but still needed a second home so he would not be late for votes! I would like to see various flats about London used to house MPs and as each is vacated, it gets decorated and the next MP moves in. End of story.

Fixed daily expenses are biased against MPs who live well away from the Commons and are obviously open to abuse.

Well, Teddington actually, but Vince gets around a bit.

If any of us did what they are doing we would get the sack. No pension and no sympathy.

We would more than likely be prosecuted as well.

I wouldn't trust any MP to put a 5p piece in a charity box. And Gordon Brown needs a false smile transplant. What a disgusting individual he is. I was in New York last year and saw a programme on him that's obviously not allowed to be shown over here, a cheating, lying toad. Ugh. And I don't want to vote Tory either but feel I have to, to get rid of the dogsh*t from the hot seat.

My concern is that the main parties have made such a hash of things that the likes of the BNP will make major inroads. MPs could instantly stop the expenses nonscence now and move to the spirit of the regulations and application of common scence and decency. Instead there appears to be a last minute rush to grab what they can.

They will.

I would like to vote Green, but that would be pointless, it's more important to get rid of Brown. And I don't blame him for the economy, I just don't like the bloke. He's a untrustworthy toad.

Maybe a good long think about who the Conservatives are and what they stand for is in order.

The perfect example of Catch 22. Anyone wishing to go into politics, should be banned from doing so. Only those with absolutely no interest in politics should be permitted to become MPs.

In which case you must live in your sister's back bedroom.
