hmv rip off.
whats going on with hmv online i was browsing for 2 blu ray music discs simply red live at montreux 2003
and sade bring me home live 2011, the sade disc is £20 to buy and simply red £23 a total rip off
i bought the sade disc for £13.99 and simply red £13,99 both brilliant sounding discs imo,
the price of some blu ray discs on hmv online site is really silly, and its no wonder they are in
such financial difficult position, so are blu ray discs to dear to buy your opinions welcome.
I've had my moans about HMV, both online and instore in the past, but in their defence, they will be cheap, if not the cheapest on some titles, just depends what you're after.
The titles that you were after are probably not big sellers, and from experience, it's usually quite hard to find deals on these kinds of titles.
I use http://www.find-dvd.co.uk/ to compare prices, though there are many more price comparison sites.
I had £100 in vouchers at Xmas. I still have some left. I only use them if HMV are competitive, which is rarely.
I had trouble in the past trying to find something reasonably priced to spend the vouchers on instore, and contacted HMV head office. They did say that they were looking in to ways of being able to use the instore vouchers online, as they are two seperate businesses, not sure if this is possble yet though.

There pricing is pretty weird.
