And more news. Suzi Perry to replace Jake Humphrey as presenter of BBC's F1 coverage - story here
I would love to own one of them rear f1 wheels and tyre`s clare.

The news about Suzi Perry is excellent, even though I don't really bother with F1. She was excellent doing the Moto GP coverage, a passionate and professional presenter who always seemed to do well in the paddock interviews.

Indeed. A shame, therefore, that the BBC seems to be planning less live coverage in 2013 than 2012. Sky will have exclusive live coverage of 10 of the 19 races - including Monaco. Full details here

Grrr.
Though the BBC seem to be claiming 10 live races as well, with the 21st July set as "TBA".

If anyone is interested, a few of us at work have been having our own competition at Fantasyracer.net over the last two seasons.
Give it a go, maybe we could have a what HiFi league. it is free.

Racing Legends tonight at 8pm BBC 2 "Stirling Moss" should be worth a watch for racing fans.
Couple of pieces of slightly strange F1 news today.
Firstly the brilliantly named Toto Wolff is leaving Williams to join Mercedes - but keeping his shareholding in Williams. Odd confict there, methinks? (though I know he's been involved with Mercedes longer).

Secondly, looks like - despite having a firm contract - Timo Glock's been forced out of Marussia because he doesn't bring enough money into the team. The pay-driver situation is almost inevitable in current financial climate, but depressing nonetheless...
