Perhaps Williams has now paid its 'karma dues' for the shabby treatment of its drivers and sponsors during the '90s and the good times are back?

Fuel rules are different for race than Quali. Ironically, the rules were changed after Lewis/McLaren successfully pulled off same trick in 2010....
