The Digestive is indeed a mighty biscuit. However, I prefer the Bourbon Cream - thats great dunked in either tea or coffee! Very few biscuits can do that and get away with it.
agree, but it cant do savory another much maligned biccy is an old fashioned ginger nut ..........my other halfs gran makes wonderful ones which all get swiped when we visit
Ginger nut biscuits are great! Did you know you can use them to make an awesome cheesecake base?
