does any body know how to turn off the email notification everytime i make a post i get tons of emails to my address

Hi SJJ

Sorry about this, we had a problem with our content management system a week or two back that caused this to happen, but I was told it had been fixed. I'll get our IT dept on to it tomorrow morning.
