CostCo fine customer service
My beloved delonghi coffee machine recently died after 22 months. I took it back to Costco, who said "would you like a full refund to your debit card sir" to which I obviously replied "yes please". No arguments, no "you have had it longer than a year", no "you broke it", no " we will send it away to be fixed". I had heard they were very good on this aspect of customer service, but this is my first personal experience. They sell TVs and Computers too, so I thought it might interest the forum that they treat their customers well. I can also recommend their food.
