Hmm
So you are saying that they have hacked into you broadband via I must presume is a wireless network as AFAIK there is no way even if someone knows your account details as in phone number (which is usually used for most account names) and password as your ISP uses information supplied by your phoneline as authentication along with usernames and passwrods. So it must be they have hacked your homenetwork that you are saying yes???
Never thought about using WEP!![]()
Sounds like we have another vanman story here!
this is easy. either a, call the police. or b, get a life and stop making stuff up.
You should be securing your wireless using WPA not WEP. The Key should be long and using a random mixture of numbers, letters and special characters
IM NOT USEING WIRELESS, IM USING BROADBAND VIA TELEPHONE LINE CONNECTED TO A MODEM AND THEN A CABLE FROM THE MODEM TO THE COMPUTER.
IF YOU LOOK OUT OF YOUR WINDOW IS THERE A BLACK VAN WITH TINTED WINDOWS?
Octopo:IF YOU LOOK OUT OF YOUR WINDOW IS THERE A BLACK VAN WITH TINTED WINDOWS?
OR IF YOU LOOK OUT OV YA WINDOW IS THERE A WHITE VAN WITH MEN IN WHITE COATS AND A NICE WARM PADDED CELL AWAITING YOUR ARRIVAL??
AND WHY ALL THE SHOUTING???![]()
IF IT LOOKS LIKE THIS ONE, TURN YOUR PC OFF ASAP!

IM SERIOUS
MOVE HOUSE?
Dougie 2:IM SERIOUS
Hey, this is a hi-fi and home-cinema forum - what do you expect us to do? If it's that serious, call the police and inform them of the breach in privacy and go to court with your neighbour.

How do we know that is not posted by your neighbour
Do you mean actual hacking into your system or just getting free bandwidth from your wireless?
