Can you help?

I own a 27 inch LG LCD tv but if i watch tv using the anologe tuner or connect any system like my nintendo wii etc using any of the inputs other than hdmi component or rgb scart the picture is black and white! Using hdmi conponent or rgb scart inputs the pictures great, i've try'd every option in the menus but no success can anyone help?
