BT price rises,cancel your contract legally

Found this, and as I'm desperate to get away from BT, I shall be using it. 

If you too are fed up of being ripped off by BT, you can cancel your contract with them as long as you do it within 10 days of them sending you notice of their latest price increases.

OMG panic, if you change your service provider doesn't that mean you have to change your e-mail address which all your freinds & family have & what happens if you sign into WHFS&V with a bt e-mail address, panic!! panic!!

Fortunatly i don't have an bt e-mail address.
