BT Broadband Security

I have a friend who has a BT broadband account and (after much discussion between us) swears by the security package that it comes with. Personally I have always (very successfully) used Norton Internet Security and wonder whether the BT security package offers him the internet security he needs. Does anyone have any information that I may use to help infom him, either one way or the other ?

I couldn't recommend it as I don't use it personally. However, I do know it's a McAfee suite of products so should be pretty good. It's also a subscription based model (it comes free with premium packages) so will be updated frequently, no upgrades will be required and no chance of it going out of date.
"BT NetProtect Plus, in association with McAfee, gives you virus, spyware and firewall protection."
