Binocular - self titled album 2001

Has anyone heard this? May or may not be your cup of tea but having just heard it for the first time, it has to be one of the most sensational first and last albums ever.
I'm simply lost for words... every song is brilliant. A mix between solo Lloyd Cole, a bit of John Mayer and slower Ryan Adams if I'd have to describe it.
