Best drummer ever?
Are you actually Radiohead? I love your version of Nobody Does It Better...
Atoms for Peace YouTube vid below with the first album coming end of Feb. Thom Yorke, Flea, Nigel Godrich, Mauro Refosco and Joey Waronker complete the line up.

On A technical Level and a commericial one it has to be Stuart Copeland.
However it is the same with any instronment...The many Sesion musicians in the world would wipe the floor with most commerial players. Lets face it they have to perfect a mainstream gig at the drop of a hat playing several diferent syles from one to the next.

Any footage?
There's a time-lapse vid of the kit being assembled. Impressive as it is, I can't help think it's just a little bit OTT.
Yes another vote for Carl Palmer, he was always winning the polls in the 70s now almost seems forgotten. His drum kit was a bit OTT as well.
Steve Jordan (and Jim Keltner, for that matter)
And, of course, the Keith Moon/Charlie Watts/Dave Grohl/Ginger Baker/Mitch Mitchell/Billy Cobham/Buddy Rich/Gene Krupa/John Bonham and so on that everyone's already quite rightly mentioned.
But then again...

Err, No?
Bozzio's kit is a bit over the top, but he had to compete with this in front of him!

Seen him live several times with different performers and he is a very impressive drummer .
Keith Moon
Matt Helders
Dave Grohl
I was just listening to some Deep Purple and Flight of the Rat. Ian Paice's drumming on that is astounding.
Phil Collins - for his drumming on Before & After Science (Eno), with Brand X, Cafe Jacques etc. He did a lot of session drumming, Cr*p actor though!
