Anyone Doing Anything Exciting Tonight?

i will be spending new year's eve in watching the gadget show & coronation street, & then at midnight i will see the new year in with a pot noodle & a can of stella.

We're staying in having a few beers and watching Jools on BBC2 at 11 for a bit of entertainment 
We've abandoned the London fireworks idea in favour of a local (ish) pub with a band on, as long as we can get in that is.
If we can't get in there, we'll try a local Indian restaurant, and if we can't get in there, it'll be Indian takeaway and the tiny tv.
It's my good mate's birthday today as well gel, and he said he was staying in too.
Is staying in, the new staying in?

We will be watching "New Years Eve" on new years eve on my new Blu Ray player which cost about £30 from Novatech for my PC.

Band are not on until 11pm, and although we had nice seats, the volume of the music, and the sparseness of the people, made us want to leave for a while, then go back for the band, when it doesn't matter if you can hear yourself think or not.

Nothing exciting for me either, just watched racing legends on iplayer (very good btw) and have been looking for bargains online. So far I have bought a north face hoodie for £30 (reduced from £60) and The black keys El Camino for less than £5 off Amazon. Just about to start on the last bottle of my xmas beer
