A simple question from a simple guy.
Please let me know if you prefer to drink....
Stella or Kronenbourg
Thank you very much.
between the two, kronenbourg
2 - 0 to kronenbourg
Please keep them coming, Thanks![]()
I have to go with the PAUL WELLER as KRONIE gives me terrible wind![]()
a tough one this but will take the kronie over the wifebeater today I think
Normal, cooking Kroney (can't manage 1664, it makes me do foolish thing then a headache) for me.
Would normally go for the cheapest lager, or a proper beet though.
Can't beat the abbot!
I am doing a little reserch on Stella and Krony.
Thanks to all, and keep them coming.
Well neither are real beer, but given that I drink large quantities of both..
Stella tastes nicer but Jeez it makes me grumpy.
So I'll have two pints of Stella and then I'll move to Kroni please.
(the vote goes to Stella if that's not clear.)
(I've only been here a couple of days - why do I already suspect it's not clear what on earth I'm talking about?)
Kronie everytime (and anytime)!
Its also really good in cooking - Resteraunt 1664 anyone?
If anyone is interested my local corner shop is doing 6 cans for a fiver!
Top 10 beers, at the moment
1) Bitburger
2) Lowenbrau
3) Erdinger Dunkel
4) Warsteiner
5) Erdinger Weisse
6) Pilsner Urquell
7) Budvar
Staropramen
9) Sainsbury's "German" imitation beers
10) Beck's Vier.
Used to love Hoegarrden and Leffe but that's all in the past.
I'd recommend beers 1 & 3 as an ideal accompaniment to an evening of Neu!, Robert Wyatt and Can, played at moderate volume on the old stereogram.
Beer 2: full blast My Morning Jacket.
Beer 7: unearths the detail in Elgar's Cello Concerto, that's for sure.
Beer 4: like the Chord Signature of booze. Full of late night surprises. Seems to work particularly well with Lambchop's Nixon and Ryan Adam's Easy Tiger.
Kronenburg for me.
Kronenburg for me too - unless you want me to embarrass myself...
Kronenburg (on draft)
Cant stand the taste of Stella

Kronenbourg, although, if i can, i usually go for the old 1664 premier cru. not too keen on the blanco though.
