£430 million worth of paintings stolen from Paris museum...

Five paintings, including ones by Picasso and Matisse worth some €500m have been stolen from the Museum of Modern Art in Paris...

According to experts "The Museum of Modern Art in Paris, which is dedicated to 20th Century art, is meant to be one of the most secure in the world."
According to museum officials "they found a smashed window and a broken padlock which had been cut to gain access to the five paintings."  The alarms didn't go off...

So a window and a padlock make it one of the "most secure in the world" - my garden shed is equally secure - do you think I'll be covered by insurance when my Matisse get stolen from it?

Very true.  But in France there is a tendency for art to be stolen to order...
