2 weeks of an i-pod
and i am mighty glad to be back and having the hifi back......
first order of business on getting back from hols (see the ' iam back thread) was to put kettle on for some proper buliders tea, get the hifi on and open up 2 weeks worth of post.
i must say its great to have some good quality music from some speakers and not some headphones ...
now to start saving for the ...holiday...no hifi kit.... no holiday....arrrrgh! decsions decisions!
I'm stuck with a hundred tracks of 128k on my shuffle at the mo. And they weren't even drawn at random - am getting a bit fed up of Broadsword and the Beast, frankly.......
Clare Newsome:I know how you feel - still, an iPod Classic full of Lossless lovelies (and some TV comedy), coupled with a corking pair of headphones, sure beats the Walkman-plus-bag-of-cassettes-and-batteries holiday entertainment of old.

No foam earpads and a darn site easier to carry as well...
