Mobile internet in Fuerteventura

My daughter is going to Fuerteventura for a holiday. She'll be staying out in the sticks and wants to get online by taking her laptop. She's on a Tesco contract iPhone 4. Can she buy a dongle to use out there? I believe that Tesco use the 02 network which is presumably Telefonica in the Canaries.
