what streamer...

i was going to go down the route of something that supported ALAC but other than the Pivios and apple tv i cant find anything. And i dont fancy the Pivios.

Requirements
XMBC
WIFI
1080p
supports as high of quality music as possible
needs to support m4v (or whatever itunes rips for films)

I dont mind converting all my music over to any format but i can be bothered with all my films that will take too long.

ideally as stylish as possible and work with my phone (so some sort of remote control app)

Is there anything better than xbmc to play the device on?

i only need one that uses wifi as the other has an ethernet cable.

Im reading review and when one site says something is good the other says its bad.

MKV
M4V
MP3 as high as rate as possible
FLAC
ideally ALAC but not an issue.
needs to be able to read all my stuff off my pc as thats where i have all my music and films.

interface has to be like xbmc or something like that, it needs to look pimp  Dance 4  Dance 4

haha..

Mede8er has achieved the ultimate balance in design and functionality with the all new MED1000X3D High Definition 3D Multimedia Player. It may look like an alien spaceship from outer space, but we can assure you that it was designed and developed by very passionate people right here on Earth.

if you want good looking, range of formats and the ability to have a good looking remote app, then XBMC is the way to go.  It can be a bit of a faff to set up, but once it is, there is nothing that can touch it for looks etc..
