Streaming movies with HD audio?
Does anyone know of any streamers that will do this?
Im currently using Plex media server streaming to a Samsung tv and a Roku box but Plex doesnt support HD audio. I wondered if theres anything out there that does?
I've done it with my CA 751BD and I think I've done it with Plex before now.
Plex supports HD sound fine. Probably a connection and/or settings problem on your Roku.
Plenty of streamers support HD audio - Popcorn hour, WD Live Hub, Xstreamer etc.
If I was buying one now - I'd look at the Popcorn A-400 as it supports streaming 3D BD ISO's.

The previous version had many issues. Is this any better? Many are reporting bugs in the new version as well.
Thanks for your comments. I didnt realise there were so many streamers out there. Ive read a couple of reviews of the popcorn a400 and it apperas to have reliability issues at the moment. Does anyone have any recommendations for a streamer with a plex-like interface?
By the way plex onły supports hd audio from the pc/mac media centre but there are no plex compatable streamers that support hd audio yet.
I've been streaming BDMV Bluray rips (including HD audio) via an Oppo BDP103 - works great!
