mp3 player plus non apple docking station/speakers for £100

Trying to find mp3 player and speakers for my 8 yr old.Looking at Sansa player but it appears there are no docking stations unless you use a  cable.

Does anyone know any different or is it only apple products that you can dock directly.

Nothing against apple but only looking to spend about £100 max on both items.
